4. Confidentiality and Privacy We prioritize confidentiality and follow our Privacy Policy. However, we may disclose information in cases where you provide consent for referral services.

• Our hotline provides support but is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or emergency services.
• We do not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on our support.

• Not to harass, abuse, or threaten hotline staff or volunteers.
